Innovation Academy
Bringing new ideas and concepts to life is a critical activity in any business and also a key leadership skill. We’ve experience of delivering over 150 graduates of innovation from a specially designed Academy. Hosted in Norfolk, the Innovation Academy brings together creativity and business process in an environment quite unlike any other. Ideas Hot House
This team event can run from three hours to three days during which your team works to identify their challenge, generate potentially hundreds of new ideas, pick some winners and present them with impact. It's an interactive and fast paced experience which they'll remember for a long time.
Crash Course Creativity
The Crash Course Creativity has been co-created with the "Open the Oyster" team in The Netherlands. It runs with up to 25 participants over two days and includes artistic performance, psychometric profiling and group mindfulness. Over 300 people have experienced this innovative and energising event so far.
Eudomonics
We facilitate and help co-ordinate Eudomonics programmes working alongside the founding team at The Work Playground.
Eudomonics brings children and adults together to learn in an engaging, energetic and playful space which significantly improves learning speed and retention and also encourages positive changes in behaviour.
For adults, it’s almost like learning things for the very first time.
